1.  Is Your Data Plan Really Unlimited?

YES! Say goodbye to those pesky data caps and annoying overage! Our prepaid hotspot unlimited plans include unlimited high-speed data so you and your family can enjoy surfing the web, streaming music, movies, gaming, and much more. However, our plans are not intended for activities that use excessive amounts of data such as torrenting. We utilize the cellular networks of the four major US carriers and each reserves the right to de-prioritize data for users that are engaging in activity they deem excessive.

2.  What is De-prioritization?

After reaching a certain usage threshold, the carriers can "de-prioritize" your data if there is network congestion in your area. Basically, you are guaranteed high-speed LTE data up to the de-prioritization threshold and would only be de prioritized if there are a lot of people using the service in your area. De-prioritization does not always occur but is designed to prioritize lower usage customers during times of heavy network usage.



3.  I Have Unlimited Data On My Phone. How Is Your Service Different?

Smartphone data plans only allow for unlimited data usage on your phone. Additionally, prepaid hotspot tethering plans only provide 5 – 10 GB of data for connected devices … the equivalent of streaming 1 – 2 movies. Our service is designed for users that are looking for a portable unlimited data plan that can completely replace a home or office internet connection with unlimited high-speed LTE data at a fraction of the cost.



4.  Are There Any Contracts? Is There A Credit Check?

9.  What Speeds Can I Expect With Your Prepaid UNLIMITED HOTSPOTS?

Speeds can vary and depend on many factors such as proximity to cell towers and which carrier you select. Several hotspots we offer feature GB technology which are capable of up to 125mbps. 10.  How Many Devices Are Able to Connect To Your Unlimited Hotspots?

We have prepaid hotspots that will allow up to five users and routers that will allow all the way up to 250 users. Please reference the device comparison chart on our Plans page to determine which device will be the best fit for your needs.



11.  We Need Internet Connectivity In Our RV. Will Your Mobile Hotspots Work When We Travel?

Yes! We offer a full range of mobile hotspots and routers that will provide blazing fast internet connectivity for all your adventures. Each carrier network will have its nuances and you may experience low to no coverage in certain parts of the country especially low-lying areas and heavy wooded areas. But overall you will have a very seamless user experience. 12.  Am I Able To Purchase Multiple Unlimited Hotspots? Do You Offer Volume Discounts.

13.  Is There A Complicated Setup Process Once I Receive My Device?
